Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Support Executive to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of support requests. The candidate should have good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer/user queries through calls, emails, and support tickets.
• Provide technical support and assistance for software/application-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal development and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure timely response and resolution as per defined service standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team with proper details.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot user issues.
• Basic Computer Knowledge.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Diploma/Graduate candidates with relevant skills can also apply.

Preferred Experience:

• Fresh graduates with good technical knowledge are welcome.
