We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Quote Engineer to serve as the primary point of contact for customers. The role involves preparing quotations, coordinating customer requirements internally, tracking orders, responding to customer queries, and ensuring timely payment follow-up. While experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, a technical background is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Quotation & Order Management

-Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements and company pricing guidelines.

-Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.

-Process customer purchase orders and coordinate order execution with relevant departments.

-Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and customer communications.

Payment Follow-Up

-Monitor outstanding receivables for assigned customers.

-Follow up with customers for timely payment collection.

-Coordinate with the Finance team to resolve billing and payment-related issues.

-Support efforts to improve collection efficiency and reduce overdue receivables.

Documentation & Reporting

-Maintain customer databases, records, and communication logs.

-Generate periodic reports on quotations, order status, customer feedback, and payment collections.

-Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

-Bachelors degree in commerce, Business Administration, Arts, Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

-2-4 years of experience in customer support, customer service, sales coordination, order management, or commercial operations.

-Experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations is an advantage.

-Bachelor s diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

-Comfort working in cross-functional teams and a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies.
