Customer Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, handling enquiries, quotation requests and order status queries.
• Record and update leads, enquiries, quotations, orders and customer interactions in the CRM accurately and on time.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up with customers until closure.
• Answer technical questions on electronic products, components and specifications, escalating to engineering when needed.
• Maintain clean customer data and generate CRM reports on leads, conversions and response times for management. Requirements

Skills & Competencies

Technical

• Good understanding of electronic components, circuits and product specifications
• Ability to read datasheets and technical drawings
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), email and CRM/ERP tools

Soft skills

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Customer-focused, with good negotiation and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and with remote teams
