Customer Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Provide on-site and online technical support to customers in the assigned region as and when required.
• Installation & Validation: Perform installation, validation, and system qualification activities at customer sites or remotely, wherever applicable.
• On-Site System Qualification: Execute and sign off on-site system qualification activities and related documentation.
• Requirement Gathering & Site Inspection: Understand customer requirements, conduct site inspections, and assess technical requirements for implementation.
• Customer Training: Conduct product demonstrations and technical training sessions for customers as required.
• Sales Support: Assist with sales activities, customer visits, and technical discussions within the assigned territory whenever required.

Location & Mobility

The selected candidate will initially be posted in Mumbai and will be transferred to Hyderabad after completing 3 months, based on the company's requirements.

• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and on-site assignments.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad after the initial 3-month period.
