Provide technical assistance and support to customers regarding SQL database-related Queries, issues, and troubleshooting.
TO work in MS SQL queries using joints, analytical functions, subquery, and set Operators.
Provides Technical software support to clients
Performs troubleshooting.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles, preferably in a software or IT environment.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases, particularly MS SQL Server.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
