Customer Support Engineer (Technical)

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and product-related issues.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at production.
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
• Conduct equipment testing, safety checks, and demonstrations.
• Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Maintain spare-parts and service inventory records.
• Travel to customer sites as required.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic and automation systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Basic knowledge of Electronics & EV is preferred.
• Hands on experience on using multimeter
• Should be able to use laptop
