Customer Support Executive (Backend/Chat)

Job Responsibilities:-

Conduct background verification checks for candidates as per the defined process.

Verify candidate employment, education, Photo, address, and other relevant details.

Coordinate with candidates and external sources to collect and validate required information.

Review and maintain verification documents and records accurately.

Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in candidate information and escalate them to the concerned team.

Ensure all verification cases are completed within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and follow company policies and compliance guidelines.

Prepare reports and update verification status in the internal system.

Note: Candidates Must be flexible to work in Rotational shifts and be available for Work from Office in Indore on immediate Basis.
