What they need
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Banking Process. Candidates should be fluent in Bengali and have basic communication skills in Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries related to banking services.
* Provide accurate information and resolution to customers.

* Follow process guidelines and company policies.

Eligibility & Requirements
* Bengali language proficiency is mandatory.
* Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Candidates should be comfortable working in a customer support environment.
Salary: 24,000 In-Hand + 1,500
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Language Requirement: Bengali Mandatory
Shift: Rotational
Girls- 6am to 8pm any 9 hours shift
Boys- any 9 hours rotational shift
