Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our banking sales process in Thane, Maharashtra. The selected candidates will assist customers with banking-related enquiries, explain relevant products and services, and support sales activities while maintaining professional communication and service quality.

This opportunity is suitable for freshers who want to start their careers in customer service, as well as experienced candidates with relevant communication or customer support skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries related to the assigned banking process.
• Explain banking products, services, and their relevant features accurately.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
• Support sales-related activities in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records as required.
• Follow established procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Escalate complex enquiries or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department.
• Work towards assigned performance and service quality targets, where applicable.

Eligibility and Skills

• Freshers and candidates with relevant work experience may apply.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with standard office applications.
• Good listening, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• A professional attitude and willingness to learn banking products and processes.
• Ability to follow instructions, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Candidates may be required to complete an English communication assessment, such as Versant, depending on the recruitment process.

Salary and Employment Structure

Option 1: NAPS Employment

• Approximate monthly in-hand amount: ₹21,000.
• Final compensation is subject to scheme eligibility, applicable deductions, and employment terms.

Option 2: Regular Employment

• Monthly Cost to Company (CTC): ₹22,000.
• Approximate monthly in-hand salary: ₹18,600.
• Actual take-home pay will depend on applicable deductions and the final salary structure.

• Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Weekly off: Sunday.

Transportation Facility

Pick-up and drop transportation is available from Thane Station, subject to the designated route, schedule, and company eligibility criteria.

Transportation support during training may also be available in accordance with company policy.
