Role & responsibilities
- Candidate should have excellent English and Hindi communication
- 1 year experience on paper from customer service or any ecommerce platform (Sales background will not consider)
- Graduation is mandatory
- Immediate joiners only
- Process is blended (Mail +Voice )
- 6 days working
- 1 day rotational week off
- General shift
- working hour- 8 hr working + 1hr of break
- work from office only
- Location- DSR Smartworks, Marathalli, Bangalore
Interview Mode- Virtual and walking both.
