Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Telecaller (Voice Process)

Experience: 0 - 2 Years (Freshers are welcome!)

Shift: Day Shift

--- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ---

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to assist with queries and service requirements.
• Handle incoming customer calls, providing quick and accurate solutions in a professional manner.
• Maintain clear and friendly communication to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients regarding their bookings, requests, or onboarding process.
• Log daily call details, customer updates, and follow-ups in the internal CRM / system accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.

--- CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS ---

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in Telecalling, BPO, Voice Process, or Customer Support (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
• Languages: Fluent in English and Local Language [e.g., Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Telugu].
• Skills: Active listening, clear phone etiquette, problem-solving, and basic computer knowledge.
• Must be comfortable with regular phone calling and daily outreach targets.
