Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Hiring: PAN India
Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Off
Salary: 25,000 40,000 Per Month + Additional Benefits
Process: Voice & Chat Support (Inbound / Outbound)
Openings: 500+
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls and chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints, queries, and service requests.
• Deliver professional and effective customer support.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Document customer interactions and update information in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet performance targets, productivity standards, and quality benchmarks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, especially written English for chat support.
• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable handling voice and chat interactions.
• Good typing speed and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on a 5-day working schedule.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
