We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chat Support Executive to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Roles and Responsibilities.

• Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, resolving queries and concerns efficiently.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers via chat, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, leveraging knowledge of CRM systems and IT-enabled services.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall customer experience.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
