Customer Support Executive- Chat Process

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to handle driver-related documentation and ensure all records are accurate and up to date. The role involves verifying documents and following standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify driver documents (license, ID proof, vehicle papers, etc.)
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies
• Maintain and update records in the system
• Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in English
• Coordinate with drivers for missing or incorrect documents

Office Location- Indore(Vijay Nagar), Madhya Pradesh.

Shift Timings- Rotational Shifts(Night Shifts)/Rotational Week offs.
