Customer Support Executive- Chat Process/U

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer support through p email, or chat to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Handle a high volume of calls, emails, and chats in a timely and efficient manner.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 0-7 years of experience in any enviroment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in handling chat process.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications s.
• UG/Grad freshers are welcome.
