Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities :

1. Handle client queries on trading accounts, charges, settlements, and reports.

2. Calculate brokerage fees, and average trade prices.

3. Provide Ledger, P&L, Contract Notes, and daily trade details.

4. Manage fund transfers, pay-in/payout, and reconciliation

5. Execute Billing activities, including generating invoices, fee collection and other

6. Guide clients on corporate actions (bonus, splits, dividends).

7. Process KYC, account updates, and document verification.

8. Support trade execution and demat/stock transfer activities.

9. Deliver service through call, email, and chat with clear communication.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have a good Communication Skills

Well Versed with Excel working

Also must have a problem solving attitude
