Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using CRM software such as MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our retail management system.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone/email/chat.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
