Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries, queries, and complaints.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance to customers.
• Ensure customer issues are addressed and escalated when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details in the CRM.
• Follow established customer service processes and maintain a high level of service quality.

Qualification & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Hindi.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM systems.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Care, Voice Process, Inbound Calling, or Client Servicing.
• Fresh graduates with good communication skills may also be considered.
• Candidates who can comfortably commute to Andheri East, Mumbai are preferred.
