Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle student queries through WhatsApp, calls, and other communication channels.
• Understand students project requirements, review schedules, and pending tasks.
• Coordinate with the development team regarding project progress, changes, bugs, and student requirements.
• Follow up with students and provide timely project status updates.
• Maintain proper records of assigned students, project status, payments, reviews, and pending requirements.
• Ensure students receive their PPTs, reports, code, documentation, and other deliverables on time.
• Coordinate review-wise requirements and ensure deliverables are prepared before the students review date.
• Follow up with students for pending information, requirements, feedback, and approvals.
• Track pending tasks and follow up internally until they are completed.
• Coordinate with developers and content teams whenever modifications are requested by students.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with experience in customer support, student support, telecalling, education services, project coordination, or client handling will be preferred. Freshers are also welcome to apply, provided they have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Important: This is an in-office role in Chennai. Candidates who are comfortable working from the office should apply.
