Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through chat, email, or phone calls to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Handle a high volume of customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
• Strong typing speed with high accuracy using computer keyboard.
