Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and friendly Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Respond to customer messages and provide accurate product information.
• Assist customers with product, order, return, and exchange-related queries.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
• Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with customers.
• Support sales and marketing activities when required.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Assist with Instagram and social media handling when required.

Requirements

• Experience: Fresher to 1 year.
• Languages: Tamil and English are required.
• Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be confident, bold, and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, and email communication.
• Experience or knowledge in social media handling and marketing will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
