Customer Support Executive Freight Forwarding & Logistics

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Executive to manage shipment coordination, customer communication, documentation, and operational support while delivering excellent customer service throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.

* Coordinate with operations, carriers, customs brokers, and transport providers.

* Track shipments and provide proactive updates.

* Handle bookings, documentation, and shipment scheduling.

* Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

* Maintain shipment records and customer information.

* Support billing and coordinate with the sales team.

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree preferred.

* 1–3 years of freight forwarding/logistics experience.

* Knowledge of international freight operations and documentation.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance, and transportation.

* Familiarity with Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.

* Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
