**Job Title:** Telecaller cum Computer Operator

### Job Summary

We are looking for a **Telecaller cum Computer Operator** who will be responsible for making and receiving calls, coordinating with customers, updating records, and handling day-to-day computer-related work.

### Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to customers and provide information as required.

* Handle incoming customer calls and resolve basic queries.

* Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, or other requirements.

* Maintain and update customer and order details in **Excel/ERP/software**.

* Enter data accurately and maintain proper records.

* Prepare basic reports and maintain daily call and follow-up records.

* Coordinate with internal teams for order-related and customer-related issues.

* Ensure timely follow-up and proper communication with customers.

* Perform basic computer and documentation work as assigned.

* Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company/customer information.

### Required Skills

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Basic to good knowledge of **MS Excel, MS Word and email**.

* Good typing and data-entry skills.

* Ability to handle customer calls professionally.

* Good follow-up and coordination skills.

* Basic knowledge of computer operations.

* Hindi communication is required; basic English communication will be an advantage.

### Qualification & Experience

* **Qualification:** 12th Pass / Graduate.

* **Experience:** 1–3 years in telecalling, customer support, data entry, back-office, or similar roles.

* Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also be considered.

### Preferred Candidate

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Responsible and punctual.

* Comfortable working on Excel and computer-based systems.

* Able to manage multiple tasks and complete work within timelines.
