Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customer needs.
• Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling of relevant products/services based on customer requirements.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in inbound sales, customer support, or related field.
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
• Ability to work well under pressure handling multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours.
