Salary: ₹30,000 In-Hand / Month
Working Days: 5 Days Working

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Cab: Both-Side Cab

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chat and email.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
• Resolve complaints professionally and within timelines.
• Maintain customer information and interaction records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Follow up on pending customer queries.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Freshers can apply.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused and professional attitude.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
