• Freshers: 13,000 CTC per month
• Experienced: 14,000 CTC per month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Assist customers with queries related to orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and other services.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during calls.
• Resolve customer issues within the defined process guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
• Good verbal communication skills are required.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Working Details

• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Weekly Off: 1 day rotational
• Shift: Rotational shifts
• Process: Voice / Customer Support
