What they need
Role & responsibilities
Manage Customer query on WhatsApp, calls and emails , escalate late shipments to delivery partners, manage returns and exchange, bulk inquiry, refunds, order creation on shopify and maintain records. Calling Customers to confirm orders and converting leads to sales.
Preferred candidate profile
Knows english, worked in ecommerce and aware of CRM software and Shopify.
