Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers, vendors, and overseas agents through emails and calls.

Coordinate with customers and overseas agents for shipment updates, queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

Maintain proper records and provide timely responses to emails.

Handle day-to-day customer service and coordination activities.

Prepare basic reports and maintain customer/vendor records.
