Customer Support Executive

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner

Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

* Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM systems

* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary

* Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (preferred)

* Proven experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role * Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

* Customer-centric attitude with a positive and professional demeanor Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or support environment

* Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.)

* Ability to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays (if required)
