We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills to join our International Customer Service Process.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries over inbound/outbound calls.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
• Provide accurate information while following defined processes and guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system/CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Meet individual and team productivity and quality targets.

Requirements & Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable communicating with international customers.
• Good computer and basic CRM knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and handle customer queries professionally.
• Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in US/Night Shifts (Monday to Friday).
