Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats
Provide recruitment support to candidates
Assist customers with portal navigation and issue resolution
Maintain SLA targets and customer satisfaction
Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams
Follow company policies and process guidelines
Skills Required:
Excellent English communication skills
Good technical aptitude

Quick learner with positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure
