Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash deposits, withdrawals, and other financial services requests.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.

Job Requirements :

• Fluent English language skills (written & spoken).
• 0-2 years of experience in BPO/call center environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
