We are hiring freshers for Customer Support roles in New Town, Kolkata. Candidates can apply for either Voice or Non-Voice customer support profiles.

Profile 1: Customer Support – Non-Voice

• Eligibility: Any Graduate / Undergraduate Fresher
• Salary: ₹17,000 In-Hand
• Travel Allowance: ₹1,400
• Cab Facility: One-Way Cab
• Shift: Rotational Shifts
• Working Days: 5 Days Working
• Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
• Location: New Town, Kolkata

Profile 2: Customer Support – Voice

• Eligibility: Any Graduate / Undergraduate Fresher
• Salary: ₹20,000 In-Hand
• Travel Allowance: ₹1,400
• Cab Facility: One-Way Cab
• Shift: Rotational Shifts
• Working Days: 5 Days Working
• Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
• Location: New Town, Kolkata

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate Fresher can apply.
• Good communication skills are preferred for the Voice profile.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
