Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and career-driven professionals to join our International Voice & Blended Process team in Jaipur. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through Voice & Blended (Voice + Chat/Email) support.
• Resolve customer queries professionally while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by understanding customer needs and providing accurate solutions.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance metrics as per process guidelines.
• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and active listening.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Eligibility

• Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Experienced candidates with International BPO, Voice Process, Customer Support, Technical Support, Chat Support, Email Support, or Blended Process experience are highly preferred.
• Graduation or Undergraduate candidates can apply (as per process eligibility).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
• Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
