Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional chat support to customers through various platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct Messages.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases or issues that require further assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in BPO non-voice processes (email/chat).
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with international clients.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
