Customer Support Executive

Location: Noida Sector 2
Experience: 1-3 Years
Industry: EdTech | Online Higher Education
Working Days: 5 Days | Sunday & Monday Fixed Off

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with enrolled students.
• Ensure excellent post-sales service and student experience.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with students.
• Identify opportunities for student referrals and references.
• Convert referrals into successful UG/PG admissions.
• Handle student queries, concerns and escalations.
• Maintain referral, follow-up and student interaction details in CRM.
• Achieve assigned referral and admission targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in EdTech Sales.
• Experience in CRM, Customer Success or post-sales will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong follow-up, convincing and coordination abilities.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Ability to generate admissions through references and referrals.
