Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and product-support skills. Looking for immediate joiners only.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide effective customer support.
• Manage customer interactions through CRM systems.
• Prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for recurring or critical issues.
• Perform basic manual testing to validate reported issues and fixes.
• Use SQL for basic data validation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and analyze support-related data using Excel.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer support/customer success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, SQL, and Excel.
• Basic understanding of manual testing and RCA.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Patient, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
