Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through email, chat, and non-voice processes to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Handle multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in resolving issues.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, understanding their needs, and providing timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues or clarify information when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
• 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international clients (US/UK).
