Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email inquiries, related to share market transactions.
- Provide detailed information to clients about share market processes, including buying/selling of stocks,
- Assist clients with their account-related queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Ensure the accurate and efficient execution of client requests related to stock trading, account management, and other share market processes.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in share market regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
