The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who has excellent communication skills.

Objectives of this role:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and Associates, ensuring all communication is handled promptly and professionally.
• Represent the company to clients and associates.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and associates.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering and directing phone calls; and handling email, files and mailings.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate solutions.
• Explain products, services, company policies and client acquisition.
• Record customer interactions in CRM or support software.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams when required.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Verbal communication skills in Hindi, English and Bengali.
• Written skills in English.
• 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Executive. Freshers can apply.
• Bachelor's degree in any field. B. Com/ BBA/ B Sc., etc.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time office job based in Kolkata and Howrah with fixed working hours.

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. BBA, B Com and B Sc with at least 1 year of work experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of computers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month

Additional: Performance Bonus and Annual Bonus
