What they need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (Commerce or Finance preferred) – BCom/MCom/MBA (in Finance)
- 3.5+ years of experience in product support, SaaS, or customer support roles
- Experience in Finance or Accounting processes and workflows like managing General Ledgers, Journal Accounting, GAAP, A/R, A/P, etc.
- Handled International voice processes
- Strong product troubleshooting capability
- Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge
- Versant B2+ to C1 preferred
- CRM proficiency
- Multi channel handling capability
