Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries via phone calls and chat.
• Assist customers with credit score-related queries, account creation, subscription issues, and document verification.
• Guide users in clearing overdue accounts and coordinate with lenders for NOC (No Objection Certificate) requests.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with Operations and Tech teams to improve customer experience and support processes.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through empathetic and accurate communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a Voice/Chat Process.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
