Job Opening for Customer Support Executive

Company - SIDBI ( Small Industries Development Bank of India )on third party payroll

Job Location - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare an action plan for this financial year in close co-ordination with BMOs official, SIDBI officials and other stakeholders.

Provide support to MSMEs & BMOs members to access credit from SIDBI branch through various SIDBI Schemes.

Develop and maintain relationships with MSMEs entrepreneurs, industry associations, and financial intermediaries in cluster eco-system.

Provide support to BMOs in the documentation & implementation success stories &

Achievements of SIDBI & other initiatives in cluster.

Link BMOs members, MSMEs with developmental scheme of Government of India, State

Government of Tamil Nadu and similar developmental Institutions for cluster eco-system strengthening.

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or PGDM in Sales/Marketing/Finance will be an advantage.

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experienced in sales/business development in the banking or financial services sector or working with MSMEs /BMOs in Past. Candidate must have experience in MSME, SME loan sales, or working with NBFCs/microfinance institutions and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a banking or financial institution.
