Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their concerns, providing suitable solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns in a polite and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers.
• Maintain professional communication and service standards.

Requirements

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Hindi and basic English communication skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
