Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and manage customer enquiries.
• Handle and respond to leads and enquiries received through IndiaMART.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers regarding their requirements.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for timely responses.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate support.
• Maintain records of customer enquiries, interactions and follow-ups.
• Regularly follow up with leads to support business opportunities and customer retention.

Preferred candidate profile

• Female candidate with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer support, customer relationship management, telecalling or a similar role.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience handling IndiaMART enquiries will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer handling and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable with inbound and outbound calling and regular customer follow-ups.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
• Candidate should be local to Ahmedabad and comfortable working on-site.
