Handle US international voice calls; receive, review, investigate and process insurance claims per guidelines; take claim decisions (adjust/deny/remit); meet SLA, quality & productivity targets; work rotational US night shifts (5:30-10:30 PM).
Required Candidate profile
Freshers, Non-BE/B.Tech grads (2022+), Grad/12th/Diploma only, no Masters.
B2-High English communication.
Open to US night shifts.
