We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team in Lucknow. If you have good English communication skills and a passion for sales, this opportunity is for you!
Location: Lucknow (On-site)
Shift: UK Shift | 1:30 PM 11:30 PM IST
Experience: Freshers are Welcome!
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle international voice process calls from UK customers with excellent communication skills.
Provide customer support through phone call to resolve customer concerns.
.Communicate with international customers professionally.
Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert sales.
Build strong and long-term customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers can apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (customer support/call center).
- Strong English language proficiency for effective communication with UK clients.
- Ability to work UK shift 1:30pm- 11:30pm.
