Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements Minimum 1+ years of experience in Customer Support or a similar role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good interpersonal and customer handling skills

Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Basic knowledge of handling customer calls and CRM tools is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and concerns

Provide prompt and effective resolutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions

Coordinate with vendors and the production team for order-related updates and issue resolution

Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times

Track, follow up, and close customer queries within defined timelines

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
