Customer Support Executive

Hiring - CSR (US Process)

Location- Borivali, Mumbai,

Shift Timings - 7:00pm to 4:00am

5 days working (Saturday & Sunday off)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective clienteling.
• Maintain continuous and effective communication with clients throughout the service cycle.
• Use extensive diamond and bespoke product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee all facets of customer interactions and service processes.
• Identify and understand client needs to provide appropriate solutions.
• Make calls to existing and new customers to understand their requirements and offer support.
• Organize and maintain all customer information in CRM systems.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and service reports such as daily call reports, weekly plans, and monthly updates.

Job Requirements:

• Any Graduate/Under Graduate.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service / support role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand client needs and adapt communication style accordingly.
• Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Familiarity with computers, especially CRM systems and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and growing business environment.
• Team player.
• British accent preferred.
