Customer Support Executive

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Service team for an International Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats for international customers.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality parameters, and performance targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
• Work collaboratively with team members and support departments to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent speaking, verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational schedules.

Any UG/Graduate Can apply

Experience:

• 0 to 3 years in international customer service (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
